In February 2017, Capital Seaboard moved into a brand-new, state-of-the-art 160,000 square foot facility within the Baltimore-Washington Logistics Center (BWLC) in the Jessup section of Howard County, Maryland. The new building functions as the headquarters and operations center for the distribution of fresh produce, seafood and dairy in the Mid-Atlantic region. The new facility, currently houses approximately 300 employees, with plans to expand to over 350 within the next several years.
